Stevia sugar extraction production line

Stevioside is a glycoside extracted from the leaves of stevia. It has the characteristics of high sweetness and low calorie, with a sweetness 200-300 times that of sucrose and a calorie value only 1/300 of sucrose.

The stevia extraction equipment and process plan production line developed by our company has reduced the material to water ratio by 2/3 compared to the original old process, shortened the extraction time to 2.5 hours, and achieved a nearly complete extraction transfer rate. It has been used normally in domestic enterprises such as Hailing Stevia Sugar Factory and Jining Huaxian Haosen Biotechnology, and has multiple production lines exported to Central Asia and North America.
